With 15 years of customer service experience, I have mastered the skills of understanding client requirements and building technical solutions. I have worked with businesses from different niches, so you can rely on me for yours.

I’m a graduate of the NSCC Institute of Technology, where I learned programming, web design and system analysis. Before entering this program, I worked for a communications company providing tech support to business customers.

I’ve spent most of these years working across different areas of  communications with strong methodical thinking, decision-making, customer service skills, and technical expertise.

I’m looking to enter the IT industry full time. I bring strong technical ability, client service skills, and I always love learning something new!
